Logging in to the Xcelerate Pay Merchant Portal

This guide walks you how to login to the merchant portal after your merchant account is approved.

Access the merchant portal by navigating to the Xcelerate Pay tab in your Xcelerate account or by visiting payments.xlrestorationsoftware.com.

  • Login information is set during registration for the merchant application.

  • If you forgot your password, this can be rest on the login page after you input your email and click Continue.

If you do not receive the password reset email, you may not be registered for the merchant portal. Check with your admin to ensure you are registered. Users can be added to the merchant portal following these steps.
