How long are contracts?

Xcelerate Software offers annual contracts paid either monthly or annually through the term of your agreement.

Are there discounts for prepaying for a year?

While most of our clients choose a monthly payment term, we do offer a discount for prepaying the annual contract. Contact us for more info.

How much is the implementation rate?

All new accounts will pay a comprehensive implementation rate that covers the costs involved with the new account setup, full orientation for your full team, data transfer from your previous software platform, integration setup, and more. The rate varies depending on need and will be fully outlined in the contract agreement.

Do you charge for Training and Support?

Of course not! We have a strong relationship with our customers, and we feel that ongoing training and support services should be offered at no additional cost to you. We are here for you for the long haul. We are in this together.

What does your training look like?

We offer personalized trainings for your entire team through a web conference meeting. Whether a new account orientation, refresher trainings for existing employees or even new hire trainings as your company grows (we can help with that…), we provide in-depth training to support your business.

How do I cancel my contract?

All Xcelerate contracts are annual agreements. While most of clients have an incredible experience, we understand that it may not be a perfect fit for everyone. If you haven’t seen the full value we provide to clients, you may cancel your annual contract by simply contacting our support team in writing.
