Understanding Payout Timing for Xcelerate Pay

When you first onboard to Xcelerate Pay, your settlement timing is different based on the payment methods. Cards process on a T+2 (transaction plus 2 business day) delay and ACH transactions are T+5 (transaction plus 5 days).

After 30 days of processing, your account will be reviewed by the processor. If your processing activity meets the required criteria, ACH settlement delay will be updated to T+2. 

The processor pays out any available funds on weekdays, excluding bank holidays. The settlement delay increases when a bank holiday lands on a weekday.
