Xcelerate Web App 4.62.0

 New Features and Enhancements:
  • State-Specific Overtime Rules: Added a library of state-specific overtime rules in Payroll Administration to support regional payroll requirements.
  • Ontario Overtime Support: Added support for Ontario, Canada’s weekly overtime threshold of 44 hours in the new overtime engine.
  • Enhanced Integration Security: Secured regional Adyen and Zentact configuration endpoints with shared-secret authentication and improved webhook signature validation for Zentact sandbox test tenants.
  • Improved Card Surcharge Calculations: Updated card surcharge calculations to ensure invoice-level tax amounts reconcile accurately with the total amount charged.
  • Improved Drawer Layout: Right-side drawers now expand into the available space when the sidebar is collapsed, providing a better use of screen space.
  • Database Security Update: Updated database permissions for payment attempts to align with the latest database versioning changes.

 Bug Fixes:

  • Master Job Creation: Fixed an issue where the default “Standard” program type was not displayed, preventing users from creating master job stages.
  • Average Job Cost Report: Fixed date-based report filters that incorrectly excluded jobs from the results.
  • Production Assignment and Milestones: Fixed an issue where assigning a job to Production did not update milestones and related filters correctly.
  • Payroll Time Zone Handling: Improved time zone validation to prevent payroll displays from silently defaulting to US/Eastern when a company’s time zone is invalid.
  • Audit Logging: Corrected exception logging to ensure stack traces are recorded properly for easier troubleshooting.
  • Database Connection Stability: Fixed SQL Server deadlocks that could occur when switching tenants during database connection checkout.
  • Master Job Details: Resolved a crash that occurred when switching between master jobs.
  • Sub-Job Creation: Fixed an error that could occur when the “Referred By” field was hidden on the new sub-job form.
  • Email Job Association: Improved error handling for email job associations when the required lookup table is unavailable.
  • External Photo Synchronization: Fixed an issue that prevented photos from syncing successfully from Xactanalysis to Xcelerate.
  • Payment Activity Tracking: Fixed an issue where payment creation, editing, and deletion activities were not recorded in job notes.
