Custom Job Status & Sub-Status

Added a display toggle for custom job statuses and sub-statuses under Admin settings, giving teams more flexibility in how job status information is presented.

Referred To Tracking

Introduced enhanced Referred To tracking across jobs and master records. This includes:

• Edit and view Referred To information directly from job and master details.
• Track multiple referral recipients.
• View outbound referrals across jobs in a dedicated dashboard.
• Optionally include Referred To information in job lists and reports.
• Added audit tracking for referral entries and status changes.
• Added feature controls to enable or disable the new referral tracking functionality.

QuickBooks Integration Improvements

Improved QuickBooks integration capabilities, including:

• Added support for selecting QuickBooks API endpoints based on the configured environment/profile.
• Added analysis and planning for consuming job-cost report data from QuickBooks Desktop.

Invoice Generation Improvements

Improved invoice generation reliability for customers whose company logo file is in an unsupported image format.

System Reliability & Performance

Made several backend improvements to improve system stability and resource management, including better cleanup, error handling, logging, and tenant data access.

• Fixed an issue that prevented users from adding albums or photos to a file.
• Fixed an issue where a user's password could be unintentionally overwritten when editing the user.
• Fixed an issue that prevented users from adding a company contact to a file.
• Fixed an issue where selecting a different employee in the employee schedule view did not display the selected employee's schedule.
• Fixed an issue that could cause TSheets payroll synchronization to fail when duplicate job details existed for the same job.
