- Two-Way Texting (Beta)
- This release introduces the initial beta of our two-way texting feature, allowing restoration teams to send and receive SMS messages directly within Xcelerate. Messages are automatically linked to jobs and contacts, creating a unified communication trail. The current beta supports:
- Outbound and inbound SMS customer conversations
- Job-level message threads
- Role-based visibility and permission control
- On My Way Text communications
- Text templates
- Calendar Appointment Reminders
- The feature is currently behind a feature flag and will be enabled for select pilot users. Additional enhancements, reporting, and UI refinements will roll out as feedback is gathered.

- We’re also launching the first phase of our NetSuite integration, designed to connect Xcelerate’s financial workflow with your NetSuite account. The beta includes:
- Syncing of customers, jobs, and sales orders from Xcelerate to NetSuite
- Automatic updates to sales order amounts when invoices are finalized or jobs are completed
- Basic reconciliation support to align financial data across both platforms
- Like two-way texting, this feature is protected by a feature flag and is being gradually rolled out to early access partners. Further synchronization features—such as payments, credits, and multi-entity support—are planned for future releases.
- We’re also launching the first phase of our NetSuite integration, designed to connect Xcelerate’s financial workflow with your NetSuite account. The beta includes:
- Bug Fixes
- A Fix for QuickBooks Online transactions intermittently failing to sync
- A Fix for "Edit People" functionality failing in CRM
- Solves an issue where the Form order wasn't displaying properly
- Fixed an issue where certain notes wouldn't save properly
- Fixed an issue where file uploads would get stuck "in progress"
- Fixed an issue where the job coordinates wouldn't get updated properly
- Fixed an issue where activities weren't refreshing after a note was added
- Fixed an issue in Reports where the date filters weren't working
- Fixed an issue where form submissions were failing on mobile
