Overtime & Payroll Improvements

We’ve made several improvements to time tracking, overtime calculations, and payroll processing to make payroll results more accurate and easier to manage.

What’s new:

• Improved time tracking: Updated how time events are recorded and processed to provide a more reliable foundation for timecards and payroll.
• Smarter weekly overtime calculations: Overtime is now allocated more accurately across the full workweek, including when timecards are edited.
• Automatic overtime recalculation: Editing a timecard can now recalculate overtime across the entire pay week, with confirmation when changes may affect other days.
• Enhanced payroll allocation: Improved how time and overtime are allocated for payroll exports, helping ensure payroll data is accurate and consistent.
• Payroll cost detail improvements: Added overtime confirmation to Payroll Cost Details for greater visibility into overtime calculations.
• Improved accuracy at week boundaries: Fixed issues that could cause incorrect overtime calculations around the beginning or end of a workweek.
• Rounding improvements: Resolved rounding issues that could result in small discrepancies in overtime calculations.

These updates provide more consistent overtime calculations and greater confidence in timecard and payroll data.
