 Xcelerate Web App 4.34.0

 ✨ Enhancements

Improved Email Composer Experience

We've enhanced the email composer to make managing attachments more efficient. You can now:

  • Select document types for email attachments.
  • Browse and attach job files directly from the job file library.
  • Save email attachments directly to the associated job for easier record keeping.

Better Visibility for Synced Emails

Notes and documents created through email synchronization now display:

  • The user who created the record.
  • The connected email account used.
  • The email provider icon for quick identification.

Enhanced File Status Management

We've improved how file statuses are displayed and managed across the platform:

  • Sub-status is now visible in the Files grid for both Contractor Web and Cloud Corporate users.
  • A new searchable status picker makes it faster to find and select statuses.
  • Sub-statuses can now be configured by job type, giving administrators greater flexibility.

Expanded Survey Request Webhook

The Survey Request webhook payload now includes:

  • Company Name
  • Company Code

This provides additional context for integrations and downstream systems.

Platform Reliability Improvements

We've made backend improvements to centralize WebSocket session management, providing a more stable and reliable real-time experience across the application.

This release also includes several stability, usability, and performance improvements, including fixes for:

  • Improved Outlook calendar synchronization reliability.
  • Resolved an issue that could result in duplicate CRM notes.
  • Fixed several application errors that could occur under specific conditions, improving overall system stability.
  • Corrected issues affecting attachment and form display in the user interface.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented email addresses from being added for scheduled report exports.
  • Improved feature flag reliability by removing a dependency on external scripts.
  • Prevented multiple XactNet IDs from being added for the same location.
  • Improved connection error handling so users receive appropriate error messages instead of connections being disabled unexpectedly.
