🚀 New (Beta)

XactAnalysis Integration (Beta – MVP)

You can now send assignments from XactAnalysis directly into Xcelerate as jobs. This initial beta release supports syncing key data—including documents, photos, notes, and milestones—between both systems.

This integration is designed to support TPA-heavy and carrier-driven workflows, helping restoration contractors significantly reduce manual data entry.
Note: This feature is currently in beta, and functionality and coverage will continue to expand.

Two-Way Texting Self-Signup & Onboarding (Beta)

Users can now self-sign up and onboard for two-way texting without requiring support assistance. This streamlines activation and reduces setup time so teams can start communicating faster.
Currently available in beta.

🛠 Improvements & Fixes

  • Improved reliability of PDF generation when completing forms. If a PDF fails to generate, the system will now automatically attempt to re-generate it when the form is viewed or downloaded.

  • Fixed an issue where milestones were not saving for some customers.

  • Resolved an error that appeared when attempting to delete documents.

  • Enabled customer signatures for GFEs using the “Other Type” option.

  • Updated the QuickBooks Online integration to prevent deposits from syncing into Xcelerate.

  • Fixed bullet-point formatting issues in Notes and Emails.

  • Resolved an issue that allowed invalid (NaN) values to appear in job budget percentages.
