2.0.20 - Mobile - May 13th, 2026

Release Notes

This release focuses on mobile stability, navigation fixes, and quality-of-life improvements across the Job File, CRM, and Sales Activity workflows. We've also added a frequently requested copy/paste capability for notes.

What's New

Copy and Paste from Notes You can now long-press to select and copy text from any existing note on the mobile app. This makes it easier to reference details, share information with teammates, or reuse content elsewhere on a job file.

Improvements

Behind-the-scenes diagnostics We expanded our internal monitoring tools on mobile so our support and engineering teams can more quickly diagnose and resolve issues you report. PII and sensitive screen content are masked, and there is no change to how you use the app.

Bug Fixes

Job Files and Insurance

  • Adjuster selection on Insurance Details: The adjuster dropdown on a job's Insurance section now works correctly on mobile. You can search for and assign an adjuster directly without first adding them as a Contact, which keeps downstream reporting accurate.
  • My Files now matches the web: Fixed an issue where the My Files list on mobile was missing job files that appeared on the web app. The two lists now stay in sync.
  • New Master Job (Mobile): The Program Type and TPA dropdowns are now populated and selectable when creating a new Master Job.
  • Navigation after creating a job or file: After adding a new job or file, the app now correctly returns you to the All Open Files page on both iOS and Android.
  • Back and Dashboard buttons on Scheduled Jobs: Fixed the back and dashboard buttons on the File Details page when opened from Scheduled Jobs on the Dashboard.

CRM and Sales Activity

  • Sales Activity Type dropdown: The Activity Type dropdown when adding a new Sales Activity on mobile now displays the full list of activity types and accepts a search.
  • Calendar Add Event: The Activity Type dropdown on Add Event no longer shows stale data, and the Description field can now be scrolled.
  • Add New Sales: The Description field on the Add New Sales screen now displays text in the correct color and position.
  • Routes: The Routes back button now works correctly. Routes also navigate to the device map app as expected, and we've fixed a crash that could occur when creating a route on Android and iOS.
  • Numbers displaying incorrectly in CRM: Fixed a display issue where numeric values rendered upside down for some users.

Tasks

  • Task filter no longer hangs: The task filter modal no longer gets stuck loading, so you can apply filters and continue working without restarting the app.

Layout, Display, and Polish

  • The Logout button in the drawer is no longer cut off at the screen edge.
  • The Contact List no longer cuts off the last contact, and phone numbers and contact names no longer overlap.
  • When adding a new album, the Albums popup now stays within the safe area on devices with notches and rounded corners.
  • Fixed scrolling and text color issues on the File Task Creation screen (bottom dropdown scrolling and Description text color).
  • The keyboard now dismisses properly after creating an album (Android) and after creating an estimate (Android), instead of remaining open.
  • Toast notifications now appear reliably on Android, including after adding items to an album.
  • Resolved a header positioning issue on Android when returning from the user profile screen.

Platform Support

This release includes fixes for both iOS and Android. We recommend updating to 2.0.20 at your earliest convenience to benefit from the stability improvements above.
